Part X, Line 2:	Illinois Association of Housing Authorities is a not-for-profit organization that is exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code and classified by the Internal Revenue Service as other than a private foundation. Management evaluated the Association's tax positions and determined that Illinois Association of Housing Authorities had taken no uncertain tax positions as of September 30, 2019. Tax years beginning with September 30, 2015 and later are still subject to examination by the IRS.
