What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To serve the citizens of Athens and Limestone County Alabama by focusing on the five global service causes of Lions International: diabetes reduction, vision care and improvement, preventing hunger, sustaining and restoring our environment, and serving those persons affected by childhood cancer.
