Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a IBEW Local Union 683 members elects its Business Manager and President who are automatically on the EICO LMCC Board of Trustees. The President then selects two other union members to serve with them on the Board of Trustees. Central Ohio Chapter, NECA, Inc. hires a Manager/Secretary who is automatically on the Board of Trustees. The members of the Columbus Division of the Chapter elects a chairman who then selects three contractors members to service on the Board of Trustees. Thus the Board of Trustees of EICO LMCC consists of four union members representing labor and four contractors members representiong management.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11a and b The Form 990 is prepared by a CPA from information provided by the organization. After reviewed and approved by the Secretary of EICO LMCC, who is the statuary agent, the Form 990 is presented to the full Board of Trustees for their approval before filing.
