Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Trustees and executive officers are elected by majority vote of the members present for the first regular meeting in November of each year at which quorum is present.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	All expenditures of funds of use of the facility or name of the lodge for any activity must be approved by a vote of the lodge.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The form is reviewed by the finance committee and executive committee for approval before submitting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	No officers are paid for their services. Members may perform services as individuals and receive small amounts of compensation, but these must be approved by a vote of the lodge annually. Since officers have no additional rights to benefit from the assets of the organization than participation in activities available to all members, this is the only potential conflict of interest, and the procedure of approval and annual renewal by the members serves as notification.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The organization is guided by its by-laws, and the rules and regulations of the Washington State and national bodies of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. Copies of these documents are available to members and present during meetings, and available to members of the general public upon request.
Form 990, Part IX, Line 11g	Various contractors provide services for hall cleaning, building maintenance and event services.
