	The Alliance hosted a Washington D.C. Fly-in for both non-members and members. Over 70 attendees traveled to Washington DC for informational sessions on subjects such as new regulations and performance measures, legislative updates from their respective Congressional Delegations and for meetings with legislators arranged by the Alliance. The event was open to any interested attendee.

	The Alliance hosted its 126th Annual Meeting and Construction Forecast for over 125 attendees in Mankato, MN. This event gave attendees an opportunity to network around transportation issues with colleagues from state and local government, MnDOT, Metropolitan Council, labor and business. Organization leadership proposed an effort to build a coalition around transportation safety, conducted an election of board members, and acknowledged outstanding advocacy of industry members. Speakers gave insight into legislative and public policy issues relative to transportation.

	The Alliance hosted Transportation Day at the Capitol where 180 attendees were provided with timely updates on legislative activities and news about transportation matters. Additionally, the Alliance arranged meetings with legislators for attendees at which transportation issues were discussed.

Due to the March 13, 2020 Minnesota statewide emergency Safe at Home Order and subsequent office closure, an extension was requested using IRS Form 8868 and submitted by mail. Notification of acceptance by the IRS has not been received. It was understood that if an extension was submitted there would be an automatic extension until November 15, 2020.
