    Effective September 27, 2019, the Organization has discontinued operations and legally dissolved without retaining and legal right, interest, or title to any assets. All of the assets of the Trust have been distributed exclusively for charitable, religious, scientific, literary, or educational purposes, within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
