Schedule D, Part X, Line 2	The Club is exempt from federal income taxes on member's transactions and other activities related directly to its non-profit purpose under section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Club is liable for tax on unrelated business income, which consists primarily of guest usage, interest income, off-premise wine sales, and rental income. Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) topic 740, Income Taxes, prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for the financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. The Club's management has evaluated the impact of this guidance to its financial statements. Management is not aware of any material uncertain tax positions. The Club's income tax returns are subject to examination by taxing authorities, generally for a period of three years from the date they are filed. The Club's policy is to classify income tax related interest and penalties in interest expense and other expenses, respectively.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Organized as a non-stock, nonprofit with members. The members elect the forty member governing body. The members approve significant decisions of the governing body.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	On the first Monday of each October, those in the "Resident", "Senior", and certain "Absent" categories of membership vote to elect roughly one third of the forty member governing body or Board of Governors. A Governor's term lasts three years before reelection is required with a three term limit applying for one year before running again.
