IS A NEW YORK NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION FORMED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSES OF ADVOCATING FOR ENVIRONMENTALLY HEALTHY AND CLEAN AIR SOLUTIONS AS ALTERNATIVES TO THE NYC DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION'S PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN TO THE BROOKLYN-QUEEN EXPRESSWAY ("BQE") WHICH DIRECTLY IMPACTS THE BROOKLYN HEIGHTS PROMENADE COMMUNITY.
