THE FRATERNAL ORGANIZATION WAS SANCTIONED BY THE UNIVERSITY AND THE MEMBERS RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING THE TAX RETURN FOR THIS FISCAL PERIOD LEFT CAMPUS PRIOR TO COMPLETING THE TAX RETURN AND DID NOT NOTIFY THE INCOMING MEMBERS OF THE OUTSTANDING FILING REQUIREMENT. AS SOON AS THE MEMBERS WERE MADE AWARE OF THE FILING REQUIREMENT, THEY HIRED AN OUTSIDE CPA FIRM TO PREPARE THE TAX RETURN.
