We filed the 990 by mail on time prior to the May 15, 2020 filing deadline. We did not know the exceptions for filing by mail had ended for the 2019 calendar year and that we had to efile the 2019 return. There are no taxes due with the 990. We filed the 990-T in a timely fashion also and paid all taxes due with that return in a timely manner. We ask that no late filing penalty for the 990 be charged based upon these facts and based upon the fact that we have always filed timely returns in the past.
