WE WERE ALSO ABLE TO PROVIDE CULTURAL TRAINING TO THESE GROUPS OF STUDENTS AND THEIR FRIENDS TWICE DURING THE 2019 YEAR WITH A WELCOME MEAL AND SPEAKERS: A.AIRPORT PICKUPS: MAINLY FROM SFO AND SJC, BRINGING NEW GRADUATE STUDENT ARRIVALS TO THEIR NEW HOMES NEAR THE SJSC CAMPUS. WE PROVIDE CONNECTIONS TO HELP EACH STUDENT GET SETTLED INTO THEIR SITUATION. (+100 PARTICIPANTS, JAN 2019, AUG 2019, DECEMBER 2019) B.WELCOME DINNERS 2019: HOSTED DINNER INCLUDING PICKUP AND DROPOFF FOR EACH STUDENT TO THE EVENT.
