Part VI Line 12C	Each board member completes and signs a conflict of interest form. The policy is reviewed annually in January and updated when necessary. Board members abstain from voting on any matter where a conflict exists.
Part VI Line 15B	Key employee compensation is reviewed by the executive director and the board of directors. Comparable data is used to determine compensation for the upcoming year.
Part VI Line 15B	Final conpensation is approved through the budget process.
