	Each year NAEO hosts an Annual Conference with approximately 175 attendees & provides educational & networking opportunities for the attendees. The topics & breakout sessions are designed to help members build a strong successful call center & strong employees. Topics include sessions led by industry experts though presentations & panels focusing on operations, sales, marketing, programming, system usage & maintenance, finance & staffing.

	NAEO has a comprehensive professional development program that includes an online operator education program, online learning management systems, educational workshops, & webinars. The web-based online operator education program allows members to give employees a self-paced venue to learn systems & how to process calls.
