GEEDC provided grants for building repairs, upgrades, and new equipment purchases. GEEDC also provided a grant to a local non-profit organization to help individuals achieve equality and self-sufficiency and grants for sponsorship of various youth team organizations to help at risk youth. In addition, GEEDC provided a grant to a local school to purchase winter clothing and Christmas gifts for its students.GEEDC also provides financial assistance to students attending various colleges and universities and other training institutions. 732,222
