IN AUGUST, SCENIC VIRGINIA RECONVENED ITS DISTINGUISHED PANEL OF EXPERTS (AND ADDED FOUR NEW ONES) TO REVIEW, DISCUSS, AND ULTIMATELY VET THE METHODOLOGY AND RESULTS IN DR. MILLER'S REPORT.
