What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE BALDWIN PARK BUSINESS ASSOCIATION PROMOTES AND IMPROVES THE LOCAL BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT, STIMULATES A VIBRANT LOCAL ECONOMY, AND PRODUCES A COOPERATIVE EFFORT TO ENHANCE THE OVERALL QUALITY OF LIFE IN BALDWIN PARK TO ITS HIGHEST POTENTIAL.
