Revisions included a few organizational changes (lowered the number of Board Members required, added a couple Officer positions (Secretary and At-Large Member and clarified a couple positions as Ex-Officio members) and included a few items to insure compliance with the latest ANCA (Arizona Nonprofit Corporation Act) requirements. The bylaws were amended and approved by the Board on November 19, 2019. |
