29 From July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020, 603 Forward established operations and conducted work in accordance with several grants. 603 Forward obtained exempt and legal status with federal and state authorities; built a website, email system and related communications and customer tracking systems; hired, trained, and established payroll and employment requirements for staff; ran statewide presidential debate watch parties for young people in accordance with a grant; participated in events and trainings aimed at building youth leadership in New Hampshire as part of the New Hampshire Youth Table on accordance with a grant; established and ran a candidate identification program and contributed to statewide candidate recruitment efforts in accordance with a grant; established and managed a statewide volunteer postcard writing project, and build and cultivated a customer and volunteer base by meeting with allied organizations and building an organizational brand through in-person and online actions.
