What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? We provide education and training to help our members produce better events and realize higher revenues.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 We conduct an annual conference dedicated to educating our members. Unfortunately, due to a large reduction in conference registrations, we were unable to meet our venue guarantee and were forced to reschedule with another, smaller venue. We suffered a decline in registrations and were unable to produce a large enough program to justify our normal fees. We refunded all fees to attendees and simply subsidized our costs from our membership fees.
