The purpose of the Organization shall be to organize all persons working under its jurisdiction, to establish and maintain equitable wage scales and working conditions, to elevate their moral, social and intellectual standing, to guard their financial interests, to promote their general welfare and the Local's cardinal principles;- truth, respect, justice and morality, to secure employment for its members and to uphold the dignity of labor, and to assist employers in the furtherance of these objectives

Return Reference Explanation
Schedule N, Part I, Line 1 Local 803 reported to have a laptop computer. The laptop at the time of the merger was fully depreciated. Local 803 former Secretary-Treasurer reported at the time of the merger that the laptop was damaged and discarded. Records to support the statement made are unavailable. Local 803 reported to a UNITE HERE representative during the merger that it disposed of furniture and equipment by donation. The furniture and equipment at the time of the merger was fully depreciated.
