THERE WERE THREE PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF THE ICESAHT CAMPUS CONSORTIUM: 1)DISSEMINATION OF POLICY AND PREVENTION GUIDANCE TO HIGHER EDUCATION STAKEHOLDERS; 2) PROVISION OF GUIDANCE, TRAINING, AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO HELP CAMPUSES ASSESS AND IMPROVE POLICIES, PRACTICES, AND PREVENTION STRATEGIES; 3) ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFICACY AND SUSTAINABILITY OF POLICIES, PRACTICES, AND PREVENTION STRATEGIES. WITH GUIDANCE, TRAINING, AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, THE 12 PARTNER CAMPUSES AND HIGHER EDUCATION STAKEHOLDERS WORKED ON IMPROVING THEIR SEXUAL VIOLENCE PREVENTION AND RESPONSE EFFORTS. THE FINAL EVALUATION OF THE PROJECT INDICATED THAT THE GRANT OBJECTIVES WERE SUCCESSFULLY MET. |

PUBLIC AWARENESS - A COMPANION PRIMARY PREVENTION STRATEGY IS ICESA'S PUBLIC AWARENESS CAMPAIGN STEPIN. TARGETED TO CAMPUS PARTNERS AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES, STEPIN IS A BYSTANDER AWARENESS CAMPAIGN EDUCATING STUDENTS, CAMPUS EDUCATORS, ADMINISTRATION, STAFF AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS ON HOW TO RECOGNIZE AND INTERVENE IN A POTENTIAL SITUATION. THE SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN IS DELIVERED THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, STUDENT RUN MEDIA OUTLETS AND LOCAL MEDIA. ANTI-TRAFFICKING - ICESAHT CONTINUES TO COORDINATE THE INDIANA PROTECTION OF ABUSED AND TRAFFICKED HUMANS TASKFORCE (IPATH).
