Pt VI, Line 7a	The property, affairs, and business of the association shall be managed and directed by its Board of Directors. The nominating committee will solicit nominations from member agencies, allowing for a thirty (30) day time frame for nominations to be submitted. Candidates for election to the Board of Directors shall be nominated in writing. Based on the nominations of the members and the nominating committee, the nominating committee will prepare and distribute a ballot electronically to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the member agency.
