YPO BLUEGRASS GOLD IS COMMITTED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF BETTER LEADERS THROUGH IDEA EXCHANGE BY PROVIDING A CHALLENGING ENVIRONMENT WHICH PROMOTE THE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS AND SHARED EXPERIENCES, FACILITATES THE ACQUISITION OF KNOWLEDGE, THE DEVELOPMENT OF WISDOM, AND INSPIRES AND STIMULATES THE CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT OF THE INDIVIDUAL.
