Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Each member of the post, in good standing, is eligible to vote on the financial matters of the post. Obligations in excess of the budgeted amounts must be approved at regular meetings for dispersal of funds.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	General Elections are held in April for the following Fiscal Year (July 1 - June 30). Every member, in good standing, may vote for the elected officers (Commander, Senior Vice Commander, Junior Vice Commander, Quartermaster, Trustees (three each with a three year term).
