Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	The Form 990 is provided to the Board of Trustees for review and signing before it is filed. The Administrator will also review the Form 990 in great detail.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts	The organization is relatively small and the trustees meet on a monthly basis. There is good communication among employees and trustees and they are all reminded to monitor the operations for any conflict of interest.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 15b: Compensation Review and Approval Process for Officers and Key Employees	The Board of Trustees annually review the compensation paid to the three employees of the organization. Raises are generally given for inflation and at times on the basis of merit.

Additionally, members receive a Summary Annual Report which is taken from the Form 5500 which is filed each year. Members are notified that the full report and audited financial statements are available for a nominal charge upon request.
