28 This Organization is a labor union representing 38 dual-status federal employees working as military technicians in west-central Pennsylvania. The objective is to ensure that all employees working at the facilities covered by our local chapter are treated fairly and that our rights in accordance with the labor management relations agreement are not infringed upon.
