The CEO compensation is discussed by the committee and presented to the board during Executive Session. The board reviews wage and salary information from credit union data to examine the fairness and equality of pay. |

Conflict of Interest policies may also be reviewed with members as requested. Monthly financial statements including the balance sheet, income statement and statement of loan status can are posted for public review. Any sensitive information contained in policy or financial information will be shared only with approved persons and as directed by the board of directors. |
