	Members flew the Club's planes for social and recreational flying. Some members flew with instructors to maintain proficiency and one member completed an IFR training course and IFR check ride.

	Provide Volunteers At Marshfield Municipal Airport's two community events, namely Molly Movie Mania and Safety Day involving the display of state, military and municipal representatives. One of the Club's planes was on display at each event. Several members answered questions asked by members of the public and members of the public were invited to sit in the plane and ask questions about aviation and the operation of the plane.

	Provide educational flights to members of the public and members of Young Eagles. For some it is their first flight in a general aviation aircraft. Members explain the difference between controlled and uncontrolled airports while informing them of the opportunities in aviation along with the cost and process involved with obtaining a pilot's license. Several members provided flights to friends and persons who showed an interest in and were given an introductory flight in the Club's aircraft.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	At the end of 2019 the organization consisted of 32 members. There are no stockholders. All members vote to elect the four member Board of Directors who serve as the governing board and select the officers and clerk. All members also vote on certain items of business stated in the bylaws. There are three refundable certificates held by three members who receive a return on their initiation fee in the amount of $600 when they resign from the Club. The Directors make all governance decisions as provided in the bylaws. The members also vote all bylaws, amendments and deletions.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Any one member can request a Membership Meeting addressing any activity of the organization. The members also vote all bylaws, amendments and deletions. The Governance of the Club resides with the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Before filing the Form 990, the Treasurer provides each Director a copy for review and files the Form 990 only after hearing from each of the Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The Club's governing documents, Form 990, conflict of interest policy and financial statements are available upon request.
