Explanation:

The Association went through several officer changes during the fiscal year May 1, 2017 and April 30, 2018, including 3 new presidents and a new treasurer. The current treasurer discovered that the 2017 Form 990EZ had not been filed and upon discovery filed the tax return as quickly as possible to insure an accurate return. In addition, the current treasuer will file subsequent returns in a timely manner.
