	The IBEW Local #57 (a tax exempt entity) organized the Local IBEW #57 Building Corporation in the 1960's for the singular purpose of buying a building that would be used exclusively for the local office and meeting purposes. Rent is collected from its owner, the IBEW Local #57. The only expenses it has are operating expenses of the building. No salaries or distributions are paid by the building company. The Building Company's tax-exempt status was first reviewed and approved in the 1960's, and subsequently was reviewed in the 1990's and 2000's, and again was approved.
