Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	All volunteers and employees fill out and sign an annual conflict of interest disclosure. This is done annually and is reviewed by the board. If there are any conflicts, they are addressed at this time.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	Management employees are reviewed by the Board of Directors. Raises to management employees are voted on by the Board of Directors. Reviews are given annually in a board meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	All documents are maintained at the credit union and are made available upon request.
