Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	The qualification to be a member is voluntary choice of each property owner within the district, wishing access to the proposed pipleine supplying water. Any owner that the option to become a member and pay the fees associated to obtain a tap, and afrees to pay a monthly payment to mainain the facility and pipleine and repayment of the loan. There are no classes of members, as all members are just members. Each member receives one vote.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b	The board shall consist of three (3) members, all of whom shall be members of the District. The participating members of the District shall elect two borad members for two yeas, one board member for four years the first election. A majority of the board shall constitiute a quarom at any meeting of the Board.Any director may be removed from office for casue bya vote of not less that 3.4ths of the participaing members of the Dirstrict at an annual or special meeting.
