FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION B, LINE 11B THE AUDIT COMMITTEE REVIEWED THE FEDERAL FORM 990 WHEN DRAFTED AND THE FINAL VERSION WAS PROVIDED TO ALL BOARD MEMBERS FOR THEIR REVIEW PRIOR TO FILING.
