Explanation:

The former Financial Secretary/Treasurer, Dalton George was involved in a motorcycle accident in October 2018 and his employment was terminated in January 2019. I became the Acting Financial Secretary/Treasurer in July of 2019 and in December 2019, I was elected for the position. It was not until March 2020, that I received Financial Secretary training and learned that form 990-ez was a requirement. Not unitil May 18, 2020 that i received notice from the former secretary that the 2018 990-ez had not been filed.
