What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? SEDONA FAIR, INC. IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE MAIN PURPOSE IS TO CREATE, PROMOTE, HOST, MANAGE, AND SUPPORT COMMUNITY-ORIENTED EVENTS FOR THE GREATER SEDONA AREA. ONE MAIN EVENT IS THE SEDONA WINEFEST ON THE FOURTH WEEKEND OF SEPTEMBER. WE DEVELOPED A WEBSITE FOR THIS EVENT: WWW.SEDONAWINEFEST.COM. IT IS OUR INTENT TO RAISE ENOUGH CAPITAL TO CARRY OUT OUR MISSION AND TO REINVEST THE CAPITAL INTO THIS EVENT.
