The committee revieews the return for completeness and accuracy by comparing the organization's financial statements as generated by the lodge's accounting software. Then the retunr is presented to the officers for their review to ensure all answers are an true and accurate representation of the operations of the lodge. Once all reviews have been made, requests for revisions are presented to the accountant. The necessary revisions are made and the final copy of the return is provided to the Chairman of the Auditing committee for presentatin to the membership, submittal to Grand Lodge, and mailing to taxing agencies.
