Return Reference Explanation
Pt III, Line 31 The Association served the greater Seattle waterfront community representing dozens of businesses, residents, public facilities and 7+ million visitors with the Association's efforts to understand the impact of a state and city construction project involving a seawall replacement, demise of a major elevated state highway running through the community and the future redevelopment of the central waterfront. The Assocation incurred expenses reviewing the various proposed solutions and mitigation opportunities. It promote the waterfront being open, safe, and fun.
