Statement:

Effective September 11, 2019, the Organization has discontinued operations and legally dissolved without retaining and legal right, interest, or title to any assets. All of the assets of the Trust have been distributed exclusively for charitable, religious, scientific, literary, or educational purposes, within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Final distributions of all assets were made during the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016 in accordance with Section 507(b)(1)(A).
