	State Lobbying: Health Access represents health consumers in the state legislature and works to develop health policies. We sponsor and advance key bills so consumers can have confidence that care and coverage will be there when they need it. Lobbying includes advancing legislation on setting a standard for essential health benefits and new insurance market rules, and streamlining enrollment and eligibility for coverage.
