Schedule D, Part IV, Line 2b	We sell the majority of our first mortgage loans issued to Fannie Mae, Federal Home Loan Bank- Chicago and Freddie Mac. We retain the mortgage servicing rights. We hold the RE taxes and insurance in escrow and pay them for the members when they are due. We hold the daily payments - principal and interest and transmit to Fannie Mae the next day. For the FHLBC and Freddie Mac we send the following month per the schedule. We escrow for come commercial loans.
Schedule D, Part X, Line 2	The credit union adopted the accounting standard regarding accounting for uncertain tax positions. The standard provides detailed guidance for financial statement recognition, measurement, and disclosure of uncertain tax position recognized in the enterprises financial statements. It requires an entity to recognize the financial impact of a tax position when it is more likely than not that the position will be sustained under examination. The adoption of this standard had no material effect on the credit unions financial position results of operation or cash flow. In accordance with statutory regulations, certain years remain subject to examination by taxing authorities. With few exception the credit union is no longer subject to US Federal, State, or Local tax examinations for certain tax years.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 1a	To be on the Board of Directors you must be a member. To be on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors you must be on the Board. We currently have one open board position.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4	The credit union updated the By-Laws. The By-Law changes were approved by the IDPFR
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	We have members and we are member owned. All members can vote at the Annual Meeting in person or by proxy. The Annual Meeting is held in March and we vote for the Board of Directs. To be a member you must have $5 in your share savings account and pay $5 to the Association- Common Bond.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	membership elects the Board of Directors at he Annual Meeting in March. Each Director is elected for a three year term. We have 13 total Board Members. To be elected to the Board of Directors you must be a member for one year.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Changes to the By-Laws can be completed during a monthly Board of Directors meeting. To be approved at the Board Meeting they must have 2/3 majority vote. If the vote does not have 2/3 majority vote the Board Member may ask for a change of the By-Laws at the next Annual Meeting in March. A vote will then take place. If the vote passes at the Board Meeting with the 2/3 majority vote the Chairperson must notify the Membership of the By-Law change at the next Annual Meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The 990 report was reviewed by the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors. The Chairman, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary, and the Supervisory Committee Chairperson. The CEO reviews with the committee.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Board of Directors performs the review of the CEO. The Executive Committee writes the review with input from the Board of Directors. All reviews are completed by the Department Manager or Director and reviewed by the VP that oversee that area. They are also reviewed by the HR Department. The Executive Committee and the CEO set the annual salary increase percent based on outside studies and the Operating Budget for the year. At the organization meeting of the Board of Directors held in March after the election of the Board, they approve the CEO, C-Suite and VP positions.

Form 990, Part XI, Line 9	We had a change in Other Comprehensive Income ($3,288,153) for the value of our Defined Benefit Pension Plan ($3,440,775) and Merger Aquired in Equity $152,622. The Defined Benefit Pension Plan is over funded. All employees are enrolled in the plan as of January 1, of the following year if they worked 1,000 + hours during the calendar year. The Merger Aquired in Equity is due to a merger with Waukegan Municipal Employees Credit Union.
Form 990, Part XII, Line 2c	Supervisory Committee Chairperson approves and signs the letter from the Audit Firm for the Annual Audit. They perform the audit in October/November and present the Audit Report to the Board of Directors at the December Board Meeting.
