What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE USS AMERICA CARRIER VETERANS ASSOCIATION WAS WSTABLISHED TO PROMOTE AND ASSIST IN THE PRESERVATION AND REMEMBANCE OF OUR GALLANT SHIP TO PROMOTE THE COMMON GOOD OF THE ASSOCIATION MEMBERS TO ESTABLISH AN ENTITY THAT FACILITATES PATRIOTISM CAMAARADERIE COMMUNICATION AND LONG LASTING TIES BETWEEN ITS MEMBERS TO PROVIDE SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR ITS MEMBERS AND TO PERPETUATE THE MEMORY OF DECEASED VETERANS WHO SERVED ABOARD THE USS AMERICA AND THE US NAVY
