Footnote for uncertain tax position under FIN 48 (Part X)	BRPT follows the Financial Accounting Standards Board Accounting Standards Codification, which provides guidance on accounting for uncertainty in income taxes recognized in BRPTs financial statements, if any. As of year end, BRPT had no unrecognized tax benefits related to uncertain tax positions in its information return that would qualify for either recognition or disclosure in its financial statements. BRPTs policy would be to recognize interest and penalties on tax positions related to its unrecognized tax benefits in income tax expense in the financial statements. Through year end,there have been no matters that would have resulted in an accrual for interest and/or penalties.

Management duties delegation Part VI line 3	BRPT utilizes the services of a management firm, Interel US, Inc. (Interel). Management fees represent amounts paid to Interel under the terms of an agreement for management services, office space, equipment, and other resources.Management fees totaled $519,134 for the year then ended.BRPTs Executive Director is an employee of Interel, and as such, is provided compensation and benefits from Interel.

Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c	Conflict of interest statement in order to proactively address potential or real conflicts of interest. Each director is required to annually complete and submit a disclosure form detailing any such other interests. The director also must update the disclosure form if any material changes or additions to the submitted information arise during the course of the year.
