Changes to governing documents Part V line 34 The bys laws were reviewed and slight changes made to the attendance required at the annual conference, adherence to using authorized photographs only, and the right to only discuss and distribute information about the towers and the federation amongst other members in good standing. A new membership tier structure and one time registration fee has increased the membership dues received for the year to allow for a building and maintaining of a proper web site.
