Form 990, Part III, Line 1, Description of Organization Mission:	AAA represents ambulance services across the United States that participate in serving more than 95% of the urban U.S. population with emergency and non-emergency care and transportation services.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	Through the end of 2019, AAA utilized the services of a management firm, Interel US, Inc. ("Interel"). Management fees represent amounts paid to Interel under the terms of an agreement for management services, office space, equipment, and other resources. Management fees totaled $636,994 for the year ended December 31, 2019. AAA's Executive Vice President was an employee of Interel, and as such, was provided compensation and benefits from Interel. A total of five dedicated AAA staff members were employed by Interel.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	AAA has active members, associate members, international members, affiliate members, honorary members, individual members, and state association members. Only active members have voting privileges.
