Pt VI, Line 7a	Board members are appointed via a nominating committee. The committee will submit at least one recommendation for each office about to be vacated. Nominations are accepted by the floor and a second is required. Once the nomination is accepted, it is placed on the ballot and mailed out with the November newsletter. All ballots received prior to the December meeting are counted. Notice of the election results of the elected officers will be announced at the December meeting and published in the next newsletter.
Pt VI, Line 11b	The organization selects a Certified Public Accountant to perform tax services every year. The Treasurer submits the tax return at the regular club meeting.
