Form 990, Header, Line A	This 990 was completed by Jeremiah Garza, who was the First Vice Commander for part of the year, then became the Commander for part of the year. During the tenure as First Vice, limited financial data was release by the previous Commander. Therefore this 990 was completed using partial accurate data and the rest of the data is the best estimate we could provide based on the known information from today and of the adjacent years. Going forward this organization will be able to provide 100% accurate data while under my control.
