	The Better Business Bureau aims to set business standards in the community. Approximately 20,000 businesses are served within our nineteen county service area, and approximately 2,500 businesses are accredited by the Bureau. Approximately forty five million consumers were reached this year through print, radio, television, and speeches, and the BBB office has received over 1.5 million inquiries and handled approximately 1,800 consumer complaints.
