The Foundation represents the surviving entity, whose name has been changed to The Committee of 200 (the Committee). All of the Committee of 200's assets were merged into the Foundation on the effective date above. This surviving entity (the Committee) will continue to operate as a nonprofit corporation, incorporated in Missouri, operating in Illinois and exempt from income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
