NAOKIMI USHIRODA, PRESENT OF YOUTH AND STUDENTS FOR PEACE (YSP) USA WAS INVITED AS GUEST LECTURER, HE PRESENTED VISION AND MISSION OF YSP, AND ACTION PLAN OF 'YOUTH AND STUDENTS LEADERSHIP FOR PEACE- AND 'COACHING AND COUNSELING', AND REV. GOO, FOREIGN MISSIONARY OF SOLOMON ISLANDS, WAS INVITED AND HE GAVE PRESENTATION OF PROGRESS FOR VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT OF SOLOMON ISLANDS AND PRIMARY SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT. WE HAD TEAM BREAKOUT PROJECT FOR ORGANIZING ATLANTIC OCEAN COASTAL CLEANUP PROJECT SERVICE AND 5 TEAMS MADE CLEANING AREA PLAN, AND THEY PICKED UP ALL PLASTICS AND GLASSES IN THE COAST OF KILL DEVIL HILLS. IN END OF THE CONFERENCE WE HAD CULTURAL NIGHT SHOW BY 12 DIFFERENT NATIONALITIES, ALL PARTICIPANTS SHARED EACH COUNTRY'S TRADITIONAL CULTURE SHOW, ALL PARTICIPANTS AND GUESTS ENJOYED AND EXPERIENCED IN LEARNING CULTURAL DIVERSITY. VOLUNTEER SERVICE DAY, 3 VOLUNTEER SERVICE PROJECTS WERE HELD: "BE A GARDENER" ORGANIZED BY ALABAMA WILDLIFE FEDERATION IN MILLBROOK, AL: HABITAT FOR HUMANITY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN JACKSONVILLE, FL.: PEACE STARTS WITH ME SURVEY, TOTAL 40 ILTP VOLUNTEERS SERVED WITH 70 LOCAL COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS. SPRING LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE WAS HELD AT DALLAS FAMILY CHURCH, DALLAS, TX FROM APRIL 14 - 18, 2019, AND 41 VOLUNTEERS AND STAFFS PARTICIPATED IN LEADERSHIP TRAINING CONFERENCE AND TEAM BUILDING PROGRAM, REV. JOHN JACKSON AND REV. JIN HYUNG LEE WERE INVITED AS GUEST LECTURERS, AND REV. JACKSON GAVE PRESENTATION ABOUT CREATING CULTURE OF HEART, AND REV. PEACE ROAD MARCH FOR PEACE WAS DONE JULY 15, 2019 NEAR UNIVERSITY OF IDAHO, IDAHO FALLS. DURING WHOLE CONFERENCE ALL PARTICIPANTS FOLLOWED ONE CUP CHALLENGE PROJECT TO REDUCE PLASTIC CUPS AND BOTTLES AS PLANET PRESERVATION INITIATIVE. FALL WORKSHOP WAS HELD IN ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK, ESTES PARK, CO FROM OCTOBER 19 TO OCTOBER 23, 2019. TOTAL 45 VOLUNTEERS AND GUESTS PARTICIPATED, MR. COX, LEADER OF PORTLAND FAMILY CHURCH, OR, WAS INVITED AS LECTURER AND HE SHARED HIS TESTIMONY ABOUT PIONEERS OF AMERICAN MFT MISSION AND PROVIDENCE. MR. CASCARO HAVE PRESENTATION OF MORAL AND ETIQUETTE IN THE TEAM, AND FOLLOW GUIDELINE OF GENDER RESPECT. YLT ASIAN MISSIONARY VOLUNTEERS SHARED THEIR EXPERIENCE OF THREE MONTHS' ILTP MISSION AND SERVICE IN USA. DURING THANKSGIVING HOLIDAYS 5 ILTP HQ STAFFS ATTENDED TURKEY SHARING PROJECT IN NEWARK, NJ.
