Explanation:

We are requesting an abatement of the late filing penalty for this return for 2018. The former treasurer because of his age had difficulty in understanding and gathering all thee necessary records needed to file a complete return. Then the restrictions placed upon the organization by the governor of Pa. in 2020 with regards to covid prevented the information getting to the accountant in a timely manner. There has been a change in the officers and protocols have been put in service so that this does not happen again. The 2019 990EZ will be filed on or before November 16 it has an approved extension.
